The exchange found itself grappling with an extensive library of critical training content – including Induction, Code of Ethics (COE), and HR Policies – that, while functionally sound, felt increasingly disconnected from its vibrant, digitally-native workforce.
The content, though vital, was visually and pedagogically outdated. Text-heavy modules and static presentations failed to capture the attention or stimulate the engagement of a new generation of finance professionals accustomed to dynamic digital experiences. This wasn't merely a matter of aesthetics; it risked diminishing the impact of crucial compliance, ethical, and operational training, potentially leading to knowledge gaps and an erosion of institutional identity in the digital age. Furthermore, the exchange harbored unique assets, such as a prestigious "Coffee Table Book" embodying its corporate narrative, and a complex Quality Management System (QMS), both demanding a partner capable of digitizing dense, technical information with an unparalleled blend of aesthetic elegance and pedagogical precision.

Our "Legacy Revamp" initiative began with an end-to-end overhaul of 8 core Induction modules, alongside the critical Code of Ethics (COE) and HR Policies & Procedures. We transitioned these from their text-heavy formats into high-fidelity digital experiences, infused with story-based narratives and gamified elements to boost engagement. Simultaneously, we tackled specialized content development, digitally translating the revered "Coffee Table Book" into an interactive experience that preserved its prestige while expanding its reach. For the complex Quality Management System (QMS), we engineered specialized modules that simplified regulatory and process-driven data, making it digestible, searchable, and trackable, all delivered through SCORM/xAPI for seamless integration and robust analytics.
