The most immediate hurdle was crafting a sustainable, meaningful strategy for PoSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) training. This wasn't a simple "checkbox" exercise; the client demanded a continuous cycle of awareness, refreshers, and deeper understanding, transforming compliance from a periodic obligation into an ongoing cultural cornerstone. Furthermore, as a global entity, their existing off-the-shelf content fell short in reflecting their unique corporate DNA. Their existing learning data was fragmented and isolated, failing to "talk" to their robust IT infrastructure. This meant no seamless integration with their Single Sign-On (SSO) and Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) for user management, leading to login friction and manual administrative burdens. Crucially, leadership lacked real-time visibility into training ROI and compliance status, as learner data couldn't be automatically pushed into their business intelligence tools like Power BI. The need was clear: an integrated, intelligent, and inspiring learning solution was paramount.

The technical "silo" problem was dismantled with enterprise-grade engineering. We implemented seamless SSO and ADFS-based user syncing, eliminating login friction for thousands of employees and automating user onboarding/offboarding. This dramatically reduced administrative overhead and enhanced security. Crucially, we built a custom REST API, a sophisticated bridge that automatically pushed granular learner data directly into the client's Power BI systems. This empowered leadership with real-time insights, allowing them to instantly view training ROI, compliance heatmaps, and make data-driven decisions. To further boost engagement and provide a clear professional development roadmap, we integrated "Learner Journeys" and automated certificate customization, making learning a more rewarding and recognized experience.
